king tides until about 1 o'clock. so the beige shorts still prone to all that flooding. back to you. >> thank you, gayle. the san francisco unified school district has approved a plan to balance its budget without controversial mergers or school closures. the new plan is from superintendent maria sue. it includes incentives for employees over 55 to retire by june. the district is still under oversight from the state education department. it had to submit a final plan by today to avoid a possible takeover. there were earlier plans to close 13 schools that was dropped after a lot of pushback from the n% community. the district is targeting 113 million dollars in cuts. not clear yet whether the state is accepting the proposed plan. in daly city. police are looking for a man who brandished a metal pipe. well, robbing a dollar tree store last month. it happened november 24th at a dollar tree onmission street. police say the man had been putting frozen food a a laundry bag when the manager told him to leav they say he pulled out a metal pipe also stole some drinks.the suspect wearing a gray hoodie and blue jea
