so the geary bus rapid transit project is delivered in two phases. the geary rapid project between market and stanion streets on the eastern half is the first phase and was substantially completed last fall. the second phase is called the geary boulevard improvement project and it's currently in outreach. next slide, please. and mta conducted the first round of outreach last fall and that focused on bus stop changes as well as priorities for transportation in the corridor, such as transit lanes, parking, loading and safety issues. that feed diagnose back was used to develop the detailed proposal which we'll talk about next. the second round of outreach is underway through the month of march 2022, that's where we are right now. this is input on the traffic block-by-block design and parking policy proposals. after that, we will be taking the proposal -- after any modifications we'll take the proposal to the board this summer, and then that would be followed by quick build implementation a few months later tentatively the end of 2022. a quick build will
