i want to go back to something gemma said because i thought it was important. she was quoting the ecb saying it could be three to four quarters before the effects of their actions today are felt. i agree with, that but the question is how do we make money? what's the trade? i want to talk about dfe, this thing a is about to break out technically and on a valuation basis this is selling at 15 times earnings. if you were to buy u.s. small caps right now you'd be paying ab19 to 20 times earnings so it's a huge discount. if earnings recover this thing could have a lot of room to the upside. in the meantime you're being paid over 2% while you wait. it's a better yield than the s&p 500. so if you're looking for something actionable on heels of what we've just heard from europe, i think european small caps are an interesting way to get involved without having to do a ton of homework on individual stocks and which ones will benefit. i really like it right here. we own it. >> one of the issues you deal with at some point when you look at europe, which you are fairly ear
