group come from diverse corridors that have different stressors and different dynamics but the one unifier we had because a general frustration of the outreach engagement processes with m.t.a. engagement being the paramount and most important thing that we are focusing on. one of the things that was expressed constantly were the financial implications these outreach engagements had and so with deanna we tried to find the root causes of why there were so many issues with it. what's going on with this, right? and she let us workshop ideas and really get and have input on these processes and say this is not going to work and add this and take this out. it was an amazing process and just going through that process really restored trust, which is a big statement with this agency, right. it restored trust with a lot of community leaders that have lost it. and so i really want to congratulate deanna for doing that and i agree that this should be funded and implemented as soon as possibility. i acknowledge there's gaps in implementation and difficulties trying to launch this but i'm definitely hopeful that with this groun
