think it's fair to bring up, and somebody will be the democratic side, roger and evan, that the previous president, georgebush, made a point of saying on camera one time, i'm not really focused on getting bin laden, which i thought was an odd, almost weird way of saying something that he shouldn't have been saying, but he's trying to say, it's no big deal, anyway. the latest poll from the associated press shows something interesting. it shows that most americans now, 64%, approve of the way president obama has handled terrorism issues, while only 40% approve of his handling of the economy. so that is a reasonable -- 46%, rather. so this is a reasonable way of looking at things, i would say. don't you think? roger? >> yeah, it is. and the american people are giving him high points for protecting the nation. the trouble with it is, everyone thinks that the next election will be decided on domestic issues and not foreign ones. we don't know that for sure. but, you know, there's one big thing that's going to help the president out. when the republicans finally nominate someone, he's going to have to pass the

well, maryland congresswoman donna evans not happy with plans to change the boundaries of her congressional district. she represents voters in montgomery and prince george'snty. but under the redistricting plan, a large part of montgomery county would be moved into the western district now held by roscoe bartlett. that change could make bartlett be more competetive for a democrat. it would leave minorities. i understand and share the political interest that are at stake both nationally and in our state. i cannot support the form spear to have been sacrificed for these political interest. governor o'malley will resubmit the plan for a special session next week. >>> today first lady michelle obama jumped at the chance literally to promote kid's physical fitness. she led hundreds of kids in the area in a minute of jumping jacks on the south lawn of the white house and why not make an attempt at the guinness book of world records. this has to happen within a 24-hour period and the white house event was a kickoff. >> a lot of kids. . >> a lot of kids. >> it can happen anywhere. as long as they document it. >> within 24 hours? >> yes. >> let's go for it. >> we'
