our cnn's george howell is live on the scene watching as this house comes down. it's painstaking and piece by piece. george, do we even see evidence of that sinkhole that's inside yet? >> reporter: ashleigh, we do. let me show you where. right now you can see where the arm, the 80-foot arm of the track is situated. we've seen that arm go down into what seemed to be the cav earn. maybe we'll see this in a moment. they are trying to make sure they prevent any new debris from going into that hole. they send that arm down and pick up any new debris and bring it back. again, it was quite interesting, quite incredible quite frankly to see that arm go so far and from what we know, it could be 50 feet deep or 20 to 30 foot wide. it's a big cavern. the question is what is that foundation standing on? there's a concern that the foundation itself could collapse into the hole. you do find as you mentioned, a delicate process to remove the debris. >> it's hard to believe that they can't recover the body. how precarious is the earth? i'm thinking about the homes on either side

want to get right to cnn's george howell live for us in atlanta this morning. george. >> soledad, good morning. when you look at the statistics about teenagers and safety on these highways, the stats are alarming. teenagers are three times more likely to be involved in fatal wrecks on the roads. that's according to the cdc. and the sheer number of teenagers killed recently has a lot of people talking about safety. three tragic car wrecks in three different states claimed the lives of 15 teenagers in a matter of just three days. the most recent near chicago. authorities found four teenagers dead after they believe the driver lost control on a patch of water or ice and slammed into a creek. before that five teenagers were killed in a fiery crash at an intersection in the texas panhandle. police say their suv ran a stop sign and come identified with a fuel tanker whose driver was severely burned. and in ohio investigators say an suv took a curve too fast and flipped over into a small lake, killing six of the eight teens in the packed vehicle. >> i don't know if sh

george howell is in boca raton, florida, so george, how concerned are people?e a lot of people on the sand, but not in the water. >> i think there is some concern you see that several of the beaches just south of us, deer field beach was closed for about 30 minutes. the sharks are always nearby, just in smaller numbers. right now, we can see a lot of them. thousands of these black tipped sharks migrating north to warmer waters. as these sharks come by, they will shut the beaches down for 30 minutes at a time for the sharks to pass, so keeping a very close eye on things. i want to bring in a marine biologist here. tell me first of all, the nature of the sharks. is this a real danger? >> these sharks pass through these waters about this time every year. through february and march, we see them in large numbers. they're small sharks and they're chasing small bait fish, so not really a concern for swimmers offshore here. >> so, when we see them close down the beaches, is that pretty important to make sure people don't get in there? >> it's a precautionary measure wh

george howell is "outfront" in boca raton. >> reporter: thousands of sharks, from the air, they're easyo spot, in the crystal clear waters off florida's treasure coast. lifeguard has had to close several beaches to keep people out of the water, and even at the beaches that weren't closed. >> i want to stay by the shore, definitely. >> people are taking extra precautions. >> it's kind of scary, even with the kids, sharks. we don't come to florida often. >> it happens every year, shark run, and us surfers really know about it, because it's the time of year that we stay out of the water. >> reporter: it's a school of mostly black-tipped reef sharks and spinner sharks is making their way north as the ocean warms for the summer. this stretch along florida east coast is the closest the sharks typically get to the shore. steven cays with the palm beach county ocean rescue says the migration path has lifeguards raising the double red flag a lot more often. is this something for people to be worried about if they're out there on the water right now? >> they shouldn't be worried if they're by the
