live this morning, i'm george spencer, nbc 10 news. >>> thanks for that, george. pennsylvania state police tell us careless driving led to a man's death in langhorn, bucks county. this is video from that area. police say the man was speeding on i-95 and tried to pass a tractor-trailer on the shoulder. the car hit a sign and flipped over. the driver was not wearing a seat belt. a woman was hit by a subway train near temple university. the woman was trapped beneath the train. medical crews were able to get her out but her foot was severed. she is in the hospital in critical condition. an investigation into the accident is under way. >>> video appears to show a woman slapping a little boy on the head causing him to fall down. take a look at this surveillance video. it appears to show the teacher slapping his head, with the child falling flat the on his fa face. brianna woods' son came home with a bump on his head. she filed a police report. >> i'm glad to hear she's fired. when i looked at the video myself i wondered why she wasn't in cuffs. >> there's no room for th

george spencer is live outside of einstein medical center where the victims are being treated. george, fill us in on this. >> reporter: rosemary, dispatchers said one of the victims was stabbed over his entire body. we've just confirmed within the past 30 minutes not only was this a triple stabbing but those victims were robbed as well. nbc 10's cameras were there at the scene in the 1600 block of mayfair in cresse enterville earlier this morning where we saw police still holding that scene. this all happened just after 3:00 a.m. this morning. one of the victims, a 27-year-old man, stabbed in the neck. a 28-year-old guy stabbed in the chest and back. we're still working to figure out the injuries to the third man. we do know all three of them have been rushed here to einstein where they're being treated for their injuries. northeast detectives have confirmed for us they're looking for two men in this case, one guy wearing a redshirt and jeans. the other guy a white shirt and jeans. those two men last seen fleeing from that scene. live this morning at einstein medical center, i'm

i'm george spencer, nbc 10 news. >>> thank you for that, george. now to the bill cosby sex assault trial. today lawyers will be working at the montgomery county courthouse but the jury will not be present. this comes after the prosecution rested its case yesterday. cosby waved to supporters and fans as he left the courthouse in norristown. prosecutors used the comedian's open words from previous police statements and depositions to bolster their claims that he drugged and sexually assaulted andrea constand in 2004. cosby told lawyers the two had a consensual relationship. the prosecution says it was anything but that. a spokesman for cosby tells us there's a chance the comedian could take the stand next week. >> nothing is ever off the table when you're in a trial of this magnitude. you have to look at all your options so we're weighing every option. >> reporter: t >> the jury will be back in the courtroom on monday. full coverage of the bill cosby trial, get updates on the case anytime right now on the nbc 10 app. >>> new overnight a woman is in c

george's county. >> thanks, melissa. >>> following breaking news right now in prince william's county. >> chopper 4 over the scene of a two alarm town house fire in manassas, actually. news 4's darcy spencerround for us. darcy, what can you tell us? >> reporter: i can tell you that this fire happened at the worst possible time, 12:45 in the morning, when many people are asleep. we have two firefighters injured as well as a third person. a by firefighters have already been released from the hospital. let's show you the scene in prince williams territory. it started in one and did spread. a total of five townhouses impacted by this fire. a number of people have been displaced as a result of this early morning fire. i was talking to some of them. they were trying to figure out how exactly it happened and what their next steps are going to be. you can see them here listening. one of the women i talked to in the red jacket said she was asleep at 12:45 this morning when there was a knock on her door from the fire department telling her to get out of the house. she came outside and saw all of the smoke, saul all of the flames. obviously not the way you want to start your day. the good news is th
