george spencer and loren make are heading to the capital for the speech. >>> a look at some of the snow that has fallen overnight. you can see it on the boardwalk in ocean city, just a dusting. we'll see some of that disappear during the day. the temperatures will be climbing, but there's another round of snow just getting ready to move into berks county. the first flakes are not far away and it will be some snow, not much. colder suburbs in the 30s, very low 30s just below freezing. and in south jersey it's around freezing. just above freezing, and so that's really kept us from seeing much in the way of accumulation. overnight you'll see a dusting in some areas. but there's another shot of snow on the way in, and you'll see it epifalling in some neighborhoods at the pus stop. some light snow falling in philadelphia, and some snowflakes falling in reading as well. and the rest of the area will be getting some snow, too. right now we're getting a break in philadelphia. glas borough, hatfield, the snow that was mixed with rain is getting ready to move offshore. the next is just starting t

spencer has more. darcy? >> reporter: we're right here by the costco in beltsville where this started more than a week ago. it's well known here in prince george's county that the county executive's wife has alzheimer's disease and he says it's a reminder we all need to be vigilant. experts say the disappearance and tragic death of daniel dehaven point to the challenges of taking care of people with alzheimer's disease. >> it's not like you forget your keys and older people can forget things. once they lose their memory, they don't know where they are and they get confused and lost. is with the prince george's county health department. >> you have to have people who actually watch people who have alzheimer's disease. they have to take care of them and know where they are. you can wander off and never come back home because you don't know how to get back home. >> reporter: he suffered from dementia and disappeared from the costco near his home. a massive search ended here when someone found his body in this wooded area in glen burnie. he was considered nonverbal. if he were to encounter someone who needs help, don't hesitate to intervene. >> drop
