now two georgetown students and a campus visitor are under rest. we have more now on this morning's bust. >> reporter: there was a rude awakening for students in the freshman dorm around 6:00 in the morning. >> our resident advirs and some other officials were banging on everyone's doors, telling us to evacuate. >> they let us back in at 9:00, and then ten minutes later, we had just gotten back to sleep, we heard the fire alarm, and haven't been in since. >> reporter: campus authorities have been investigating charges of something amiss in harbin hall when they decided to act. they made a startling discovery on the 11th floor which prompted them to call the polic and the fire department. >> we did, in fact, findhat we had some chemicals that would be typically used in say, a presumed meth lab type operations. >> what sources say was being manufactured was a hallucinogenic known as dmt. while it does occur under natural conditions, manufacturing a synthetic version is a chemical intensive process which authorities feared poses a hazard. >> we did ha
