gerald "tig" johnson is accused of kissing and groping a 16-year- old student. the 46-year-old is facing two charges: sexual exploitation by a school employee and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse. jannay towne is following the story.... she joins us live at roosevelt... jannay, we're learning more about these charges... both the criminal complaints and police report were released today. we know that johnson is accused of first calling the 16 year old student last week. then a few days later, the girl told police that johnson took her out of class and brought her to his classroom. the teenage girl told police that she and johnson had grown close. she was a student of his last year. johnson taught special education. according to court documents, she was in his classroom last more than an hour. during that time, she told police she felt trapped when she claims johnson told her he wanted to have sex with her.. then kissed and touched her. news of johnson's arrest was quick to spread on social media. but students we talked to today aren't so quick to judge
