natwest market head michelle gerard joins us. wanted to first ask your thoughts just like i did with liz ann i dug this jay powell we saw today. he was really confident, wasn't he? >> no, i agree with everything you and liz ann were saying. he clearly felt very comfortable. i think he feels the fed is in, is in a good spot in the sense of they have done a lot. the fed has raised rates 10 times. they have raised rates 500 basis points and even though, you know, inflation is coming down too slowly, it's still too high it is coming down yet the economy is still showing good resistance. there is a lot that the fed is watchful of but they have got themselves in a position they can afford to move more slowly, stop, assess the situation. they're not on the back foot like i think they had been playing catch-up for so long and i think that led to his confidence to say to the committee with some sense of like, you know, he is happy with what the position that the fed is in right now. charles: you know and of course he keeps saying no longe
