. >> news3's gerard ramalho joins us from metro headquarters, gerard, this suspect is someone the family considered a very close friend. >> reporter: yes, just a hashtag breaking story jim. the suspect had been living with them, she cooked for him regularly and they treed him a pool of blood. describing the time early sunday, when she heard her son screaming if down the hall, cefnl saldana had been stabbed by jacob driscoll, 20 years old. driscoll had been staying in the home. when i turned on the lights said magana, i saw my son was bathed in blood. cut up, stabbed on both sides of his back. she noticed driscoll was running from the scene. the suspect was apprehended from the scene, about an hour later. when a neighbor called 911 saying he was trying to get into their home. imagine he could do something like this. so metro did arrest him. he was booked into the clark county detention center and charged with murder. what no one seems to understand is why he would allegedly do something like this. police did question him but he offered no explanation and immediately asked for an attorney.

good evening everyone, i'm gerard ramalho. thanks for joining us, we begin with the wall street journal poll, of the presidential campaign. 44% of likely voters, for clinton answer evaporating over trump is 48 to 43% but clinton's lead is down from the 11-point margin that they did enjoy in a four way poll taken in mid october. that poll was conducted over the weekend. this poll comes as a letter from james comey to congress appears to close the door on clinton's use of a comey stating that the review does not change the conclusion he announced in july that no charges were warranted. the fbi's review of these males concluded that nearly all were duplicates previously seen by agents investigating clinton's male server. other e-mails were unrelated to government business. reviewed all the new e-mails found on anthony weiner's computer so quickly and that rank and time fbi agents will continue investigating hillary clinton. he claims clinton is being protected by what he calls a rigged system. trump asked his supporters to delive
