the politicos perspective, gerry? >> exactly as kerri says, we don't know, we think about the decision, because it is in order, there is no majority opinion as you would normally get. there is the minority dissent that you get. we don't know kind of exactly what the thinking is behind this but the suspicion is and it does kind of fit in line with the 5-4 majority we have seen in the past, when amy coney barrett and chief justice roberts both seem to vote with the liberal justices. in a way that actually kind of essentially seems to take the line, much more about enforcing the separate separation of power, congress has the right of the purse, congress determines -- we don't know this because we don't of the reasoning behind it, but i think the significance, sandra, there are a lot of these cases, a lot of cases related to president trump's executive orders, related to some other things that d.o.g.e. has done, where those cases have been challenged, those decisions have been challenged, and it does look as though the 5-
