michael and gerry garvin cooking with lara and we have our taste testers, ginger and eager audience members. are you guys ready for this? >> yes. >> all righty, then let's get started with adamin a smoker. you could make it at home so if you wouldn't mind combining all these spices we have brown sugar, salt, some pepper and garlic, paprika and like just like you would with a smoker, we cook it low and slow. yeah, that's the right reaction. so basically we're going to mix all these things together, rub it, cook it low and slow and pull it apart and while hot heat up barbecue sauce, heat up maple syrup and actually going to put it in a skillet and combine it. then when it's done instead of a bun we are going to use waffles. come on. so while you're combining that i'll top the slices with some extra sharp cheddar and a little bit more of this delicious pulled pork. while you're mixing that, once the pork is actually treated, we put a little bit on right now, we'll put a little bit of the maple and barbecue on. >> smell it. >> isn't that lovely. we go sweet and savory and take a little of this mixture and put a little on there and once it comes out of the skillet we'll top it wi
