over to gianna with traffic. >> thank you. information on this traffic alert along highway 12. this is right at the county line so it's going to cause a problem for people traveling towards stockton area or sacramento highway 12 near brannan island. one-way traffic in effect for an overturned big rig with a fatal. so that's going to take time to clear for the investigation. they are saying at least 10:30 until these lanes will re-open. one-way traffic control so a big backup through there. so heads up. altamont pass seeing a big backup as well westbound 580, 29 minutes from the altamont pass to the dublin interchange. so almost half hour there. eastshore freeway slight delays westbound through berkeley and emeryville and, of course, once you hit the pay gates, traffic really stacks up. we are backed up there. slow coming off 880. not too bad though as you pass the coliseum. south 880 holding steady into hayward, no delays. in fact, 880 towards milpitas looking good. golden gate bridge a little foggy, limited visibility in some
