during the giants opening day at home. at least one witness says, the man who was in handcuffs did not attempt to escape. officers say they responded to complaints from people at the giants game saying, he man and his friend were drunk and aggressive. but officers say, technically this was not a choke hold or a sleeper hold. it's what's called the "carotid restraint." the man in handcuffs in that video. was not arrested. he was kicked out of a-t&t park. and police say, he has not filed a complaint against the officer. 49ers cornerback chris culliver has officially been charged in last month's hit- and- run incident involving a bicyclist in san jose. culliver is facing one felony charge -- possession of metal knuckles -- and two misdemeanors -- one for the hit and run and the other for causing an injury in the incident on march 28th. culliver avoids the charge of threatening a witness with those brass knuckles, which would also have been a felony. the cornerback is due back in court for an arraignment hearing tomorrow. the
