here is sharon gibala at wjz traffic control. >> good morning. we have picked up a cup ouple of problems. one of them is on the beltway. it's an accident on the inner loop of the beltway in the area of green spring avenue. the left lane is blocked but so far speed sensors are still looking good in that area. traffic is getting by without delays at least. we have one other accident, that's going on in white marsh. route 7, philadelphia road, at allander road. watch for that. speeds still looking good on the beltway, top and west sides averaging 55. speeds looking good on all your major roadways. we're still seeing 60s on 95. on the harrisburg expressway, no problems between the pa line and the baltimore beltway. you can see we have speeds there at 64. obviously no delays or any other issues there at this time. there's a live look outside at the topside of the beltway, which is still pretty empty at harford road. a pleasant surprise that it's actually dry this morning. that is a look at 70 just west of the beltway. also looking good. this traffic r
