kate snow is joining us for more on that interview, and also joining me is lindsey gibbs.did shannon tell you? >> she didn't want to overshadow any of the women you just talked about. she waited until last night to finally speak out. she said, look, somebody should have known what was happening. her real focus now is looking forward and trying the figure out what to do about this giant mess that gymnastics is in right now. she says there needs to be a real focus on procedures and policies and kind of how young girls are treated at gymnastics camps and at venues. she also talked about the usa gymnastics changes that have been made. as you know, three board members out of 20 have stepped down just this week. she said that's not enough. what really needs to happen, again, is this more practical change. she listed a few of the things they might want to look at. >> i mean, it's common sense not to have a male trainer in the room alone with a female of any age. making sure that the trainers don't have cell phone numbers of the minors that they're treating. that's inappropriate.
