with these downpours, we look at 2 inches of rain per hour in pockets from woodbury, just west of gibbsro and over the air pot as well. because of the higher humidity when you step out the door you feel it, there is little water drop lets in the atmosphere waiting to be squeezed out and when a downpour pops we ring out the atmosphere. this particular picture from michael from christiana delaware shows over an inch and a half of rain fell in 15 minutes, it's drainage system can't hold that kinds of water, and it's car is halfway submerged no that water and it's flash flooding, it quickly rises and then quickly subsides once the downpour moves on, in fact if you see a road covered by the flash flooding turn around and you don't want to drown, find an alternate route, only one foot of moving water can move your car. it doesn't take much water to create powerful force. temperature-wise we are in the 70s where we see rain and pockets of 80s where it has been dry but everybody is muggy at the present time. the downpours are mainly confined south and east of philadelphia and it's lehigh valley

robert gibbs and ben la bolt are joining a national campaign to support a series of lawsuits that willher tenure and powerful teacher's u. unions. gibbs and labolt will offer expertise to former cnn anchor and white house correspondent campbell brown. the non-profit she's formed called the partnership for educational justice is planning to file a lawsuit in new york next month that takes its cue from a landmark california ruling a few weeks ago that struck down that state's teacher tenure laws. nine public school students successfully sued california saying they were did he brifed to equal education and denied effective teachers by the stay law that awarded lifetime employment teachers after 18 months on the job. it has been stayed pending an appeal. teachers unions have plied political pressure for years to make sure teacher rights come first, the involvement shows there's a robust debate happening on the left right now about whether or not teacher tenure is in the best interest of students. same fault lines can be seen in the charter school debate. among those who support charter sch

richard ross joins us, and eric gibb, rich, i'm going to begin with you, because it is a technical stock looking to you? >> you know, brian, old it can knowledge stocks like intel, microsoft, oracle and hewlett-packard have been one of the brightest spots, even the index is up 17% versus a 3% rise in the nasdaq composite. earlier this year, the stock goes on a fantastic run, we break out from that ascending triangle, and earlier we explode up 7% here just on the day alone. i don't like to chase stocks, brian, the horse has left the barn here, but if we zoom out and look at a monthly chart, we can make a strong case for a further up side. this base has been forming now for the last seven or eight years, really an action of overhead resistance before we hit that double tap. that takes us to $35. if over time we can surmound that key level. there's measured up side, it's not going to happen overnight, but given time, this stock could make its way back. the tech bubble is up at $75. there's a case for $35, longer term there's a case for 46. what's the fundamental side there? >> i think it's

let es bring in aaron gibb and jonathan krinsky.o start with you, a stock that's been this hot for a year plus, any sign of it breaking down or slowing down? >> not in the long run. we're in the middle of the world cup. we could see it'sen the lionel messier of the -- it's about flat on the year. since the '09 lows, underarmour has been in this classic rising wedge pattern, gets to the top of the wedge, moving down, gets to the bottom and moves higher. recently we pulled back about 27% down to the march lows. if we look at the second chart. we can see where we're at. that pullback has this nice rounded base or a cup we think is in the midth of starting to form the handle. that's where you want to get long. you want to buy the pull democrat back, down towards the low 50s is a good entry, and then you willy that should take us to the top edge of that channel form so near term, a little cautious, but i think there's more term in the long term. >> what about the fundamental side of all of this? erin? >> underarmour has some really high

aaron gibbs on the fundamentals, mark mune, on the technicals. thanks for joining us.charts here. the stock doubled since november lows, is there more room to run? >> short term, the stock can make progress on the upside. a lot depends on the timeframe, a short-term trader, i think the stock can get up to 135, potentially 140. two charts put this in perspective, someone a daily chart, look back at the formation, just since february this year. this is what's known as a cup on a handle formation. oftentimes, see a stock come up, test the highs, sideways for a couple of months, what we have seen most of the time the stock moves higher. what i think, back above this 125, to 135, that would be positive. if anything, recent consolidation has helped to alleviate a lot of the short term conditions. my problem comes with the weekly chart. you look back at the stock over the years, seen momentum get extremely stretched, you mentioned, the stock has doubled really since last november, been up since-fold in two years. so the stock was roughly near 20, now up to 125. momentum is no
