gigi grasiette joins us live. >> reporter: good morning, from downtown los angeles. yes. at 8:30, sanchez and his attorney are expected to sit before the judge to ask him to reduce that $500,000 bail arguing it's simply too high for the charges. the prosecution, they have their argument and will say this was no simple assault on stow. they claim that sanchez and norwood almost killed stow, simply because he was wearing that giants' t-shirt at the game. they will argue the bail should be hire. but -- should be higher. legal anna siss say the chance of -- analysts say the chances of having his bail reduced are slim. the other defendant was in court last week asking the same thing and the judge said absolutely not and sanchez faces more charges because he's charged with attacking another couple that same day at dodger stadium. chances -- chances are slim we'll see the bail reduced. this is fairly routine, lawyers fighting for their clients to have their bail reduced. that's the latest. we'll be in court this morning to see what happens. >> thankthank you for that report from
