wendy gillette from cbsmoneywatch has all the friday numbers. >> reporter: investors are looking for the markets to recover after stocks dropped sharply yesterday. there are concerns about a slowdown in china's manufacturing and disappointing fourth quarter earnings reports from big companies. yesterday the dow was down 176, nasdaq down 24. nieman marcus says more than a million credit and debit cards used at its stores and its clearance chain last fall may have been compromised during a security breach last year. the retailer is now revealing details about the previously disclosed attack. the company says between july and october, malicious software was used to steal credit card information. nieman marcus says credit card companies have found at least 2400 customer cards that were used fraudulently. wireless carrier sprint is getting ready to lay off workers to cut costs. a spokesman says the company is still deciding how many people will lose their jobs. analysts say the cutbacks could be substantial. we may learn more when the company reports its fourth quarter earnings on februar
