welcome to our fifth and final night in brooklyn from the howard gillman opera house at the brooklyncademy of music. [ cheers and applause ] maybe you can tell by my voice but we've had a lot of fun this week. everybody's been so warm and welcoming. i speak on behalf of our entire staff when i say we are filled with gratitude and mortadella. over the last five days, brooklyn, you have filled our hearts with joy, our stomachs with pizza, our luggage with bedbugs and we thank you. [ laughter ] while we do not want to go, we have to go, because we will be dead very soon if we do not. i got on the scale this morning. it said my body was 40% meatball. [ laughter ] i do want to thank the many fine dining establishments who overfed us. i want to thank the great staff and crew at b.a.m. for all their hard work and kindness. we are coming to you from the beautiful howard gillman opera house. you guys into opera? me neither. let's not have any tonight. there will be no opera tonight by popular demand. i left brooklyn, we moved -- our family moved to las vegas when he was nine years old. i have to say, though, it's still the same old mom and pop artisanal reindeer jerky shops and infants drinking oatmeal milk that it always was. nothing has changed at all. my kids are with me on this trip and i have two little kids, and it's -- i have two older kids. it is really beautiful to experience brooklyn through the eyes of my children. this morning, for the first time, my son, billy, who's 18 months old, got to see a woman eating a carbohydrate, which is not -- we just don't get that in l.a. hey, do you like our set? our art department worked very hard on this set. we have a fire house. we have a newsstand. we have our own defara o own do working inside. we have a bus shelter that had to be closed down for inspection. have you seen all the taped up bus shelters? apparently the contractor that built the

we are coming to you from brooklyn, new york, from the howard gillman opera house at the brooklyn academy of music. and we're here, i'll tell you something, we're here for two reasons. we're here to do a week of shows and we're here to eat as much pizza as we can without dying. maybe i'm feeling a little paranoid. i feel like all the restaurants in the area are conspiring to kill me because they keep sending food. like all day long, i get food, every 45 minutes i get a delivery of food. this is what i had for lunch today. this is for real. not a bit of exaggeration. i had a slice of sicilian and a slice of mushroom pizza from house of pizzas and calzones, chicken fingers, a fish burrito and ox tail, handmade chocolate bar from the pierre hotel and a jar of cookie dough, which is also -- happens to be what my body is now. dough. there's so much good food here. those of you watching from other parts of the country, if you ever get a chance to come to brooklyn, come with an empty stomach. i was in a restaurant the other night. there was a sign. i went to the downstairs bathroom and there was
