we have been looking at a serious crash at gilman this morning or just after gilman. lanes not all of them are open. this has been a huge delay for people heading eastbound where you don't see a lot of slow traffic. most lanes are getting through. it looks like they have one lane blocked according to chp. but traffic is slow as you drive through. let's move along and take a look at the bay bridge approach. it is backed up for 20 to 25 minutes. a lot of people still have to go to work. this is a look at 880 in oakland. a lot of the ramps are closed. they just simply don't want a lot of cars in downtown oakland because of the parade. a lot of the streets are closed was of the parade. a large part of oakland streets are detoured and closed because of the parade that starts at 10:00 this morning. this is a look at northbound 880. it is slow passing oracle arena getting into downtown. the best way to get to the parade if you want to go, plenty of room for you to get a spot somewhere is to take b.a.r.t. to 12th street, city center or 19th street. those are the best stations
