officer patrick deriego lives in gilroy. we bring in george kiriyama who joins us from the gilroy police station. george, this officer already has a rap sheet and in many cases like this, there might be other victims. what's the latest? >> reporter: that's right. we're learning tonight that he's a 17-year veteran, a san jose police patrol officer. and tonight both gilroy and san jose police are asking anyone who may have been a witness or a victim to step forward. it was here on the 800 block that police say this police officer allegedly had up lawful sexual contact with a 15-year-old and 17-year-old minor. gilroy police took him into custody after a $100,000 arrest warrant was issued. >> any time you have a suspect that has victimized minors, there's always the possibility there are unreported victims. >> reporter: san jose police are working with gilroy police on their investigation and asking for any witnesses to come forward. >> we are reaching out to the public and asking them if you know anything that they step forward
