why gilroy?s is a long highway 101 and so it's along a route that people taking road trips would take and so tesla is going to be announcing it's going to be tripling the number of these supercharging stations to help its customers. tesla will be holding a news conference this morning where the company is expected to announce, again, that it's going to triple the number of supercharger stations across the united states by the end of june. now, the founder of tesla, elon musk mentioned this last night at an all things digital conference and also said that by the end of this year, tesla owners will be able to drive from los angeles to new york just using the supercharger network. currently tesla just has nine charging stations, five are in california, two are in connecticut and one is in delaware. tesla says again it has placed the supercharger stations along well traveled routes near places a driver would want to stop like restaurants and shopping centers. these superchargers are designed to give
