gilroy police say they have made an arrest in the case.y arrested 2 1-year-old ernesto rodriguez this morning. police say they found him near the crime scene. authorities say the victim 21-year-old tega was found dead inside his family's apartment. ortega had a restaining order out against rodriguez. >>> jahi mcmath was declared brain dead on december 12th. the family has been fighting to keep the girl on life support. now a judge has ruled the hospital can end that care at 5:00 p.m. monday. the family's attorney says he has found another facility willing to keep jahi on life support indefinitely. however, he says children's hospital has to agree first to perform additional procedures before any move could happen. the family's insurance must also agree to pay for jahi's care. no word yet on whether children's hospital or the health insurance company have agreed. >>> a transgendered rights law set to take effect statewide on january 1st. the first of its kind law requires public schools to be gender neutral meaning children can use faciliti
