the 27 year-old was being investigated by police in gilroy and morgan hill san jose and the chp after he was linked to a number of robberies in 2 shootings, including a murder. on the peninsula. daly city police are investigating after an officer shot and killed a man it happened yesterday afternoon on that. avenue that's near junipero serra boulevard and west lake avenue. we're told the officer approached people in a car eventually fired their weapon hitting and killing that man at some point an officer was also hurt but is expected to be okay. it's unclear what exactly led up to that shooting. a fema police department released the identities of the officers and men involved in the fatal police shooting last month on march 24th officer brian burch was involved in the shooting that happened and the area of highway 84 and ardenwood boulevard. burch has been with the department for about 6 years. the suspect was killed has been identified as joshua james gloria from oakland. authorities say the shooting happened following a pursuit that ended near new work boulevard. police say gloria w
