and we're also following this sigalert in the gilroy area. a big rig overturned after 230 this morning on westbound 152 at ferguson, 20 gallons of fuel spilled, stopping traffic there. take bloomfield to highway 25 or 1 56 to 25 to get around it. and i'm also tracking breaking news out of the east bay, where a three alarm fire is now under control at the lake chabot public market in castro valley. the building houses several small businesses and food vendors, including a coffee shop, ramen restaurant and an ice cream shop. if you know this area, this is on lake chabot road, not far from the castro valley community center. alameda county firefighters spent an hour battling the flames inside, but they ended up having to move outside because the roof started to give way. video shows heavy flames coming from the entire building. the fire was contained to the public market, but some houses behind it took on some water crews are working to make sure they don't sustain any damage and we want to get you to a live look at the area right now. the sun f

we had an 83 in gilroy, dublin was 83, castro valley 83.ow pretty much going to lose a good five eight degrees. so here's the plan. the high pressure has been keeping us warm. it will keep us warm pretty much up until the weekend. and then that low up north kind of drops down. and that's the mechanism it creates a northwest wind. we've had relatively kind of west southwesterly winds and northwest wind, and the winds aren't really going to be the cooling component. the cooling mechanism is going to be this air mass. it's just an air mass thing. it's cooler come down. it settles close to us. even if the fog clears in your neighborhood, the central valley is going to see temperatures cooler. it's not going to be. it's not kind of a diurnal, classic summer thing where if there's no, you know, if you're cool, it's going to be just cool. air settles in and there will be fog with it because of the northwest wind. right now, temperatures is pretty nice. you can see sort of the microclimates setting up, but the warmth really spreading out inland. se

an inmate with a violent past has escaped a jail south of gilroy. the san benito county sheriff's department says daniel lopez zavala climbed over a barbed wire fence at the correctional facility in hollister around two this morning. deputies have yet to track him down. he was last seen wearing a brown jail shirt, orange pants and black shoes. his criminal record includes felony gun charges and child abuse charges. anyone who sees zavala should immediately call 911. the san francisco district attorney's office has a new director of its victim services division, mayor london breed and other city leaders announced. ivy lee has been appointed to the role. she's a civil rights attorney and was previously a legislative aide. the victim services division, or vsd, is in charge of supporting and educating crime victims about their rights and the services available to them. >> we need the city every single day department of this city to stand up and put their money and their make their words into actual action. they need to support the people in this room an
