let's bring in cnbc contributor gina sanchez. gina, welcome to the show. >> hi, good to see you. you a believer in the rally? >> we think there's room for multiple expansion. at the end of the year we probably will have earnings disappointment, but we think right now we'll probably see more to this rally. >> correct me if my numbers are wrong, you raise your s&p forecast for the year. i mean, we're trading at almost 13.50. you expect to end the year down. >> exactly. we expect a rally and disappointment later. a lot of this rally has to do with the long-term financing is in effect. and so that's a lot of liquidity. there's reason to think -- a real -- in terms of receipt him, determine ailing to avoid a liquidity event. i think that's -- there's real reason to think the tail risk has been mitigated, right? >> gina, it's steve cortes, you talk about managers chasing the performance. how much longer do you play that? and how do you know when the economic fundamentals that i think you're talking about will predominate. >> we're looking at data releases, earnings, we're looking at pa

you can tell us again, gina, what time you believe they went into her room? about two and a half hours ago, 3:23 was when somebody discovered her in the room, and who knows how that came about. it must have been somebody who had access to her room or somebody who was expecting to be with her, and noticed that perhaps she was unresponsive, but yeah, that was less than three hours ago, and they literally responded within two minutes and by then it had been two too late. we don't know if the call came at 3:23 pacific time, how long she had already been in trouble by that point but of course hopefully all of those details will be coming shortly. >> i want to ask you again, you stated that the police are saying there is no obvious sign of drug use at this time? >> absolutely. detective plashing rosen of the beverly hills police department was the one doing the press conference just now and he is saying there is "no obvious signs of criminal intent or foul play" and the interesting factor here, no obvious signs of drugs. >> yes, that is definitely, because as we've

gina, to you. you heard our four wild cards. how do you rank them? and what do you see if not one of these as the biggest concern for u.s. stock investors right now? >> i think probably the biggest concern is going to be execution risk in greece because a lot of the multiple expansion and the reason we have a moderate overweight or really slight overweight in equities right now really has to do with the fact there's a huge commitment to making sure it gets done. but that doesn't mean it's actually going to follow through at the other end. riots in greece tell you there will be concern about that. i think the second biggest concern we have is going to be earnings. i think that earnings really are something that we're looking at. we have a $99 earnings compared to $104 to $106 bottom up earnings. there's a lot of room for some narrowing there. and china's definitely real risk. the potential for chinese hard landing. i'm going to put that though behind the others. i forgot what the fourth one is. >> so did i. >> let me bring in stu here. over the past f

let's go to gina kim in los angeles. what's the latest?so shocking, it really resonates with me and with the newsroom in los angeles because about three and a half hours ago, the news broke in the newsroom, and everyone was so shocked, it reminded me of when michael jackson's death was announced and all the news started trickling in in 2010. as for what's the latest, all the activity now is happening at the beverly hilton hotel in beverly hills. all of the police detectives from the beverly hills police department are there, i shouldn't say all, a lot of detectives from beverly hills police department are there, still continuing their investigation four and a half hours after singer whitney houston was pronounced dead in her hotel room at the hotel. lieutenant mark rosen of the beverly hills police department did a quick interview where he described what he found when detectives arrived on scene. >> beverly hills police department about 3:43 p.m. this afternoon, it was a request for medical assistance. we dispatched police officers and the

we want to go to gina kim live with the laits from coroner's office.morning. >> reporter: good morning. yes, that is right, the l.a. county coroner's office has spoke been this but they may as well not have, they can't release hardly any information about this until they get toxicology back and that could take six to eight weeks. it could be two months before we learn about the cause of death regarding whitney houston. they did manage to finish the autopsy yesterday, but they said they released a little bit of information about that to the family. nothing to the public until the police department and they are able to threat investigation. in fact, the beverly hills police department put a security hold on this information meaning that information will trickle at best until the whole investigation is complete. the coroner's office was able to tell us houston was found 18 bathtub and they maintain that foul play at this point is not suspected. >> gina kim with the latest from beverly hills. such a tragic ending to a beautiful voice. >> 6:43 now. coming u
