joining me now, cnbc contributor, gina sanchez.et's talk about the tone we have for the markets record highs, dow 29,000, the banks are pretty good. is there anything that is wrong with this market right now >> well, where to begin? the last three months of fed losening in terms of the balance sheet has been a part of it. it has been an underappreciated contributor. most folks are focused on the fact that we are heading into earnings season. the fed has created the right shape by pushing down the short end. that really was a determined effort it does set up the banks for profitability. you still have also this phase one trade deal does remove some uncertainty from the markets but not all of it. you have to dig into these issues there are still issues that remain to be resolved. >> what kind of issues are first and foremost in front of mind? >> if you look at the trade deal itself, the main thing it accomplishes, it removes the hostility between the two countries. so you have the u.s. treasury department will no longer be labeling c
