i will say by way of conclusion that social science does back justice ginsburg. there is a lot of evidence that we all have these pre-cognitive biases. before we think about what we are going to do, we have these ways of classifying people. they do not disappear in the workplace. if you think about what the court can do, you might ask this question. harcourt's well-suited to dealing with structural inequalities rather than bad actors? our courts well suited to dealing with questions of implicit motivation, pre-card to decisions that affect everyone? or is it possible that in the path to equality the courts can only lead us so far and the lawsuit may not be the right way to correct workplace inequality going forward? >> thank you. there are more cases we could have talked about, but i hope you will agree it is better to do a thorough job of the work cases rather than superficial coverage of a lot of cases. there is more to read. the opinions are there. i am sure if time permits after we conclude that if you have a question or two for the panelists the mike linder.

ginsburg. it is asking for this an agreement that was done in 1990. some of the cabins -- it was treated like it was a donation, and that was fine until last year. all of a sudden, they wanted us to do a day use fee, which is $13 a day, at least it was last year. that equals a $91 a week for one person. for a total of 27 hours, that is all the pool is open during one week. that is just way too high for some families. for two people, it is $182 per week. if you have a family, children, i mean, it is still $30 a day. too expensive. also, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes, because i had to do it, to fill out the paperwork to get the wristband for the day use the. -- for the day use fee. i did it on a weekday, but if it was a saturday when people are checking into the camp, it would really hold up the camp. it took 30 minutes for each person from peach growers who wanted to go swimming to fill out the forms. and they are in the same line. anyway, that, and that is probably why we were given the flat rate to start with. it is easier on everybody. still have

i just want to acknowledge that part and rep and phil ginsburg specifically -- because of his leadership-- we're going to have a great program that includes educational opportunities for youth where they have not had those opportunities in the past. that is what has been created. its stand up in particular this year, because we all know what our budget issues are, and the way that this is working, it is because of a unique partnership, the people you see standing behind me, with the educational department, who are also going to be a part of -- throughout the summer -- with the summer school and the camp mather experience -- and that is a big deal. also, not here, but as part of the partnership and of the table, the police department. and a number of other community-based organizations that of all been at the table to make sure this program work and that kids are safe and that san francisco is going to be safe through the summer. thank you for coming out, and hopefully we will leave here and i will -- and we all leave as agents of change and talk about the exciting things the city is doin
