what's happening on the schuylkill westbound just past girard avenue, we've got an accident involvingrailer and a car jammed right under it facing the other way. this is a big accident. we can see police right now only allowing at this .1 lane to get by as they await additional emergency crews. there you see them coming up to the scene right now trying to let an ambulance get through to this accident. if they showed the camera in the other direction you would see that tractor-trailer with the car just wedged under it facing the wrong way. this happened just within the past couple minutes on the schuylkill expressway westbound past girard and you can see how heavy traffic is as right now just one lane gets by because up ahead you've got that big new accident. i'm kind of waiting to see if penndot zooms around but not showing it just yet. another accident that popped up in morrisville bucks county. i-95 northbound approaching 332 an accident involving a motorcycle. and also we've got new construction starting today broad street at 69th street. the intersection is blocked starting today

all right, this is i-95 at girard.enndot, still police, dealing with a motorcycle right there blocking the left lane. so, that always creates problems. now a 24 minute ride jam. usually no delay on i-95 northbound from the vine to woodhaven. kind of in a bad spot. people southbound slowing down a little checking it out. for now southbound delay 27 minute jam in that direction. this accident has been out here for hours on i-95 southbound approaching college avenue. you're traveling only 12 miles an hour in new castle county so that's a big one there. here's a new problem. new jersey turnpike southbound the off ramp to 168 that's the black horse pike, now that's a busy area. we have a problem with an overturned tractor-trailer. they had to shut down that ramp. you have to take the ramp to 295 southbound instead and this is creating problems 'cause a lot of people get on the black horse pike here matt. >> okay, thank you, karen. taking a live look at philadelphia international airport where we see some clouds moving away
