giuliani, at some point, the court will enter a final order, then giuliani will owe these women money. he will undoubtedly file a notice of appeal and try to delay the inevitable. that means he'll have to put down an appeal bond in order to ensure that the -- these women will ultimately receive the award that the court has given them, but it could be a matter of additional time here. some folks in this situation would do the right thing. i think we're past the point where we expect that of rudy giuliani who has financial difficulties to boot. but what these two women walk away with in a very concrete sense is the notion that they have been found to be in the right here. giuliani was wrong. that he defamed them. and it may not sound like a lot, this notion of being right and of having a court make that determination, but in this sort of a setting, this lets them reclaim their name, reclaim their lives, and it is an important step in their recovery. as for giuliani, he goes on to face criminal charges in georgia in connection with the conduct here. we don't know whether he'll be in an e

if he's not able to pay the bill, giuliani is of course an attorney.attorney and deemed a successful one in new york. may we wend up in a scenario where he's going to be representing himself? >> i don't know that will be the case because it's very difficult sometimes to withdraw from a criminal case when you're a lawyer representing someone who's a criminal defendant. bob costello doesn't represent giuliani in the fulton county case because he knows it's hard to withdraw. what i think is increasingly likely is that giuliani's legal problems and his financial difficulty are driving him towards bankruptcy where a bunch of people are going to get in line and say this guy owes me money. this would include the law firm but also ruby freeman and shaye moss who have a good fault judgment against giuliani. >> and lastly with so many legal cases swirling around right now what's the next thing we should be looking out for any matter involved the former president? >> i think we should be look out for recusal motion and the next thing we should be looking out is t

we could start with giuliani as you mentioned, he is holding a fundraiser for giuliani at his bedminster resort next week. $100,000 a person. but that is all he's doing. all of these other co-defendants are having to find out how to raise the money themselves. and their turning to creative solutions including crowd funding. four of them have gone on a faith-based crowd funding website. now this is very different from some of the other investigations that we've seen. trump paying the legal bills for advisers and aides and employees both former and current and in both the january 6 investigation and the federal investigations. now trump himself seemed to differentiate with those cases and his co-defendants in georgia. take a listen to what he said about his co-defendants in georgia. >> it is so sad. and they don't have a lot of money. and some of them almost nothing. they don't even know what they're being charged for. it is just a horrible thing. i dent even know, again, i don't even know some of these people. >> i don't even know some of these people. i feel that some of them might have
