i just want to give you a quick synopsis for how we are looking this year. homicide we are down 100 percent, rapes were down 50 percent, robberies were up 24 percent, we saw a spike in robberies in february, we've been conducting an enforcement plan to address those and we've been experiencing an actual drop. so we've had some success with that. aggravated assault down 20 percent, burglary down 4 percent, burglary for vehicles down, motor vehicle down 5 percent and almost a 20 percent drop for the first quarter of the year. part 1, arrest, i really want to take a second just to highlight some of the good work that's being done by the officers out there. it's really reflected in these stats. we have fantastic group of men and women out there on the mission. it makes my job easier. they are going oun there every night and handling these calls for service and it does very good self initiated arrest. homicide we have had no arrest because we've had no homicide this year. rape is a zero percent. robbery is a whopping 445 percent right. we have arrested 50 people

with the support of southeast facility -- if you give me 30 seconds. of dr. jackson and the black leadership chapter we have provided for a model program for the teens. we would like to take our program off line and continue pushing this program forward mr. mayor. >> hi, i am lana miller, with hu hunter's point family. and i have so many things to talk about and so many things we are passionate and work on. now i am here in my role as a member of the mental health board and particularly for trauma and community related violence. i know for the last years barbara garcia has counted mental services in d-10 as community and violence and trauka. and for years we have talked about it and talked about it and when we try to engage the department of health, we got yes we understand it's a priority but we don't know what to do. in november/october last year in 20 2012, we had the southeast mental health summit around trauma. and a large segment of the community and dph and we put together a plan that was adopted by the san francisco mental health board. and signed on

and we looked at the giving uidelines or giving limits for the republican party. and there are always these strange numbers, $33,322. we've got to get rid of that, let's do $50,000 and $100,000 as a couple. so we marketed $50,000 founding memberships. we raised $100 million from couples that gave $50,000. we raised $80 million from people who gave $100,000 as a couple. so 50 and 100. o you're close to $200 million just from people writing at least a $50,000 check. let's see. our club mitt program, which raised about $50 million for individuals who gave $2,500. so you can see where i'm going as you look at these numbers overwhelmingly, well over 50% f our money, more like 70% came to a high dollar program. t wasn't until the very last three months of the campaign where we started to see large amounts of money coming in over the internet, average sized contribution towards the end of the campaign would have been over the $1,000 mark. it's very different in 1966. >> was there a time -- you were enormously successful with this, much more successful and spencer was rea
