maybe malcolm gladwell is rightn about the tipping point.t noth wonder my friend pat buchan and a lot of other people are so upset what a is going on with te culture. william f. buckley, definition of a conservative, one who stand progress relentlessly yelling halt. progress has a way of not listening to halt. to halt. so this is the origins of cultural diversity as i called, and numerous other changes have happened. but i love my book came about partly because of another daniel patrick moynihan quote in a memorandum back in 2003. he said, the central conservative truth is that it is culture, not politics that determines the success of a society. let me read that again. the central conservative truth is that it is culture, not politics that determines the success of a society. the central liberal truth is that politics can change a culture and save it from itself. i have seen that happen in terms of the civil rights movement when i was in high school, the debate was going on in washington and the conservatives were saying that you can change the law but you can't change peoples minds.
