w glaxo and smith klein is currently testing a vaccine for ebola. great to have you with us. i wonder if you could describe how did glaxo smith kline become associated with this attempt to find a vaccine for ebola? >> of course. thank you. and it is a pleasure to be here. in 2013 we purchased a company called ocaris. they had an ebola vaccine in the works. so in august of this year once the ebola crisis became epic proportions, the world health organization came to us and asked if we would attempt to phase them into trials. >> so that's where it is now, phase one trials? >> that's correct. human trials to test for safety. >> what's the time-line for this trial? >> there are four trials happening concurrently. there are two in the u.s. being sponsored by nih. one also in oxford, england. two more trials are happening in west africa. we expect to get the data from the phase one trials to be completed by the end of this year. hopefully based on the data, we will go into phase two trials in early 2015. >> donna, just to give people an understanding of the kind of distribution netw
