we, a long time residents of glen park, my wife and her parents, before her, lived in glen park in a family home. my wife raised her son there and next to the building, the building that we own or my wife grew up in, was a very small lot. some of you may remember it, it's less than a thousand square feet and it was brought forward to build a significant house on that lot. the developer is currently building a single-family resident and it covers 100% of the land. the green space allotment, as some of you may know, was addressed through a top deck and there's no backyard and i think in addition to that being a problem, is that that piece of property is right next to an alleyway or open space, which is of historical value. the glen park historian has done research and believes it's part of the old h he old h heel cami. it's now becoming a black, dark tunnel. there are fences on one side and a three-storey building on the other side and no space in between. this is an area where neighbors, many times have come and there's a bench there where they sit and eat lunch. and this is on the pu

it is glen park, you are fairly close to the b.r.t.station there, i can -- i thank you were just doing too much, you know, especially not knowing what will happen with the fourth lot, you are generally taller than most and the lots are smaller than most. i get wanting to densifying, but i would love to see 42,000 square foot homes or 2200 square foot all of these lots then the two 3300, and i get it, you have gone underneath, but to me, it is just a little too much they you are asking for in these, without you knowing what that fourth parcel is going to be, and again, i'm fine with four units here, but i think it would be nice -- i would have left for this to be two units in those two buildings, and the buildings you are building, two each, but it is r.h. one, and in that size , i thank you can fit that in the footprint you have, again , i like a lot about this project but that is what making -- is making me uneasy. it is too large monster homes, but they are pretty big and one to come, i would imagine. >> thank you. commissioner richa

the first thing he did when he moved around to glen park is walk around the businesses and ask if he can give them a free energy audit and how to improve their energy conservation and also it would be economically beneficial which is the other way you have to think about it sometimes. every time we moved into a new space he'd walk around and knock on the walls and figure out where we'll insulate it and how and plug in a power strip or put adapters on the water faucets and showers to turn water off so you wouldn't waste and if you wouldn't do it, he would do it and i bet i have a show of fans of who might have had the lights turned off on them while they were still in the room. i think we had something on refrigerator on that, a cartoon at one point. anyway, we're left with great memories of things we worked and built together as a family. we called it family time. they didn't realize at the time it wasn't the most common kind of family time but he had such positivity and enthusiasm we were doing something great for the earth and even if sometimes it looked like the clampet's house be
