glenn kirschner, let's talk obstruction of congress.ng case against the president here in your opinion? >> i think there is. when a president prohibits all witnesses who've been lawfully subpoenaed by congress, prohibits them from testifying in an effort to cover up his own misconduct and prohibits all government agencies from turning over documents that have been subpoenaed that are relevant to congress' function, in conducting both oversight and an impeachment inquiry, that is basically obstructing congress hands down. what i'm hoping we see from some of the house managers, that's the term we use for the representatives who will prosecute the trial in the senate. i really hope that they can drive home the point that if the republicans in the senate vote to clear the president, and let's be absolutely clear. the republicans have taken the position that everything the president did was just fine. there are no problems with his behavior, which is very different from them saying we condemn it, we don't want our government run this way, bu
