. >> you have appeared in the now-famous glenn mulcaire notebook. finish when did you first become aware that your voicemail might have been accessed that way? >> in april when i got an e-mail from a detective at an operational meeting. >> can you tell us what happened and what you did? >> i arranged to -- i got in touch with the detective and wrote back to his e-mail and said i gather you're trying to get in touch with me and hear all my details including my home address, my home telephone number, and he he mailed straight back and said, oh, right, those are all the details we've got in mr. mulcaire's notebook. so he invited me to a meeting, and two detectives came. i sat next to one of them, and my lawyer sat down next to the other, and there was a keep kinf ceremonial unveiling of the notes. you're asked, i'm sure a lot of people have gone through this. we can show you some pages from the notebook, and can you tell us if you recognize anything? and the very first page was my name, address, phone numbers and so on. mr. mulcaire made a note of the
