so, the former majority leaders, dole, baker and dashahl-fee-la-lee cadashall ale up with ideas to glos this over. one i found fascinating was to simplify results instead of procedures. just like the heritage foundation, sort of glomed on to there. you wonder if somebody else perhaps from the outside is going to kick in a couple things to sweeten the pot a little bit. the president can still call it a win. >> we have senator john borasa from wyoming. he also happens to be a doctor. there are several doctors in the house. he's a doctor in the senate. some medical professionals are beginning to cast these top votes. he opposes the public option, he opposes the spending, we should be clear about that. he says he's hearing when you squeeze medicare and medicaid in savings, there's some money to be saved but some are worried you'll hurt care. >> physicians are very concerned because in the past, medicare and government payers are the biggest deadbeats. they don't pay a fair price, they don't even pay the ambulance enough to get the patient to the hospital, so then there's this cost shifting
