gloria allred, victims' rights advocate and attorney. you've dealt with children in so many cases.any of your cases over the years. those children as pawns in any kind of legal matter that comes up, how will they be protected? chances are if he's responsible. and again, we do not know. but if he was, they may have seen something really critical to this case. how do they deal with children under those circumstances? >> yeah, we'll have to find out the age of those children, but i'm sure what the children have seen or heard or both is going to be of interest to the investigators. also of interest is the report that the investigators have said that before he reported his wife missing he took the children back to the united states. how do you do that? if your wife is missing, don't you immediately report her to the authorities so a search can begin and maybe then arrange for your children to go back to the united states or take them, but at least get that investigation started if your wife is missing? that's not a good fact for him if it's true. >> joey jackson, got a response to that?
