let's bring in gloria allred. i would have been happy for a lot more. is that enough as a sentence? >> i think 90 days made sense under the circumstances because we have to remember, mika, what happened here was that the judge found that she violated the terms and conditions of probation. probation in a sense was a gift to lindsay lohan. i mean, originally for the dui, which could have endangered herself and others, she could have been sentenced to jail in the first place. but instead she got this gift of probation. she needed to go to take her classes, she needed to do it on the schedule that the judge set. apparently the judge found she was not in substantial compliance. she violated the terms of probation. so, of course, she's going to be sent to jail. she only ended up having to serve 13 days out of her 90. what's the problem? >> gloria, you know she's just -- you saw what happened to other starlets who go to jail and come out with the confetti. you knew this was going to happen. do judges have any other authority to, for example, instead of giving
