so gloucester city you can get into gloucester county, if this makes sense to you, if you are following along, yes, you can. because that's not completely flooded on the other side as that truck driver just demonstrated. now we go left, and show you woodbury. and you see another new jersey department of transportation truck down there. so the waterway from the big timber creek flooding into that area down there. but we're seek headlights move some traffic, one direction, there is big tractor-trailer going through, don't see any water when he goes through there, good sign, maybe it means it is receding down, so the new jersey transportation truck here, keeping people from driving in this. because it is dark out, and people are still flying along the road. i couldn't believe how fast people were going, when the schuylkill expressway only had the right lane open, people are doing like 75 miles an hour coming up to those big yellow trucks. even when they pass those trucks, still flying by, like they don't think people are working outside. and that's how people get killed on highways, folks.

in philadelphia south philadelphia and gloucester city extending all the way down towards delaware. springfield seeing the heavy rain as well we're going to show you the line of storms that we're talking about. this is a severe line moving toward the northeast at 75 miles an hour. like a freight train you can see it will be in hamilton by 10:05. manalapan 10:20. this is a line of severe storms. winds some spots in excess of 60 miles an hour where we still have those real strong down bursts. this is the line moving into jersey. less lightning but very heavy rain and up tense rain the main threat with these particular storms. now the storm threat does continue into the next couple of hours. downpours some lightning but the wind is the big impact. intense winds in the severe zone gusts to 60 miles an hour even 62 miles an hour have been reported. potential for wind damage and that is shifting now into south jersey. for the very latest on the damage and the winds, i'll turn it over to my colleague scott williams much scott this is really something even though we don't have the lightning

gloucester city just got hit hard, mount laurel getting hit hard, time after time. this is the area that's really getting it. camden county getting some pretty heavy rain. it's not going to last all night. you can see this is the back edge of the whole thing so it's overall in the big picture a relatively small area. now, this is a big storm. this one with snow in the rockies and about to create near blizzard conditions in iowa, for tomorrow, and then it's going to bring the rain our way for wednesday. by 6:00 it's already moving out of pennsylvania and delaware and going to take a couple hours till it moves totally offshore. then we wait for the next system that's going to come in. that's the bigger storm. the temperature is incredibly warm on wednesday, we're melting all that snow. then heavy rain comes in as you can see this could be another case where the afternoon rush is affected by the heavy rain and if you get over an inch of rain and you're melting all of this snow, there is a threat of some flooding and not just local street flooding. could even be some of
