. >> and i'm julian glover. we want to get right to meteorologist sandhya patel, who is tracking the storm as it's hitting right now. sandhya. >> it is indeed. and julian. and it is already doing damage. let's take a look at live doppler seven. as we are starting to pick up some pockets of heavier rain going through parts of the bay area. we are looking at street level radar right now. pockets of moderate to heavy rain right around petaluma. highway 101. some steady rain in the east bay from walnut creek heading across 680 there. and as we widen the picture here, flood advisories have been issued for parts of the north and east bay along with san francisco, as we're already starting to see some potential damage. level two for tonight. it's a level three for tomorrow, as that atmospheric river drives in here and makes its presence known. a flood watch in effect until 4 a.m. wednesday. that's because flooding is possible across any of these regions on streams, creeks, roadways. we also have a wind advisory until 8
