god bless america. grateful for the work of women, the men and admit they are rethinking the next job assignment. it's a lot of ground floor jobs. we might want to take those for the moment. washing the windows of new york city skyscrapers has long of thensidered one world's most dangerous jobs. but with modern technology, training, it is actually safer than riding in a cab. caroline costello, abc 7 news. that says a lot about cabdrivers. believe it or not, there was a scare in houston today. a window washer dangled 34 above. he did manage to pull himself to safety in this case. investigators say that the motor failed 400folding up, and that caused a major tilt to slip and severely the platform. luckily he was able to use the platform like a ladder and climb his way up. by the time firefighters got there, he had already made his way to the roof. >> oh, my. he has a heck of a story to tell. i always seem to get a sign shot when i was nine months pregnant.
