goebel, would it be okay if we continued this to the next meeting? okay. let's take public comment on item number seven. >> i want to talk about current events. i spoke up and demonstrated that 144 unit apartment building complex can be built in the embarcadero for $66 million, and a 66 unit apartment complex can be built for $57 million. i demonstrated that 9 times 3 is 27 and each of these building is 27 stories tall. you get more bang for your buck building a 27 story apartment complex side by side with each of these two buildings which is already being built in mountain view and san mateo. you take a chunk of about 1,900 homeless people off the street by using this technique. and by using that technique, the homeless rate would decrease, and if you apply it to each and every location you want to build a navigation center, you'd have a less amount of people on the streets. sf viewer, please. will you freeze my time? >> chair fewer: mr. wright, would you mind if we continued your public comment -- >> i'll tell you what? i'll just demonstrate the document

but the goebel markets in the last 10 years have put all those issues behind him. is the u.s. economy is very strong. a similar set of numbers are happening in the u.s. that you see in the australian economy. haidi: when you talk about the australian economy, i know that liquidity was one of the top 10 risks for morgan stanley. looming condors rather than black swans going into 2019 is that becoming more of a concern? >> no, i don't think so because of where interest rates are at. that makes household dip a manageable issue. the reality is, debt i think is now at a point where the consumer is much more corks of that dealt level and that's probability led to a slightly lower growth rate and slightly lower inflation in australia as the consumer has pulled back. haidi: australia is an interesting market. at a time when you are seeing global volatility in the market. is this the view at morgan stanley that it's going to drive on another couple of years. is there a sense that there are opportunities to be had here? >> the reality is, i think most investors at the moment

the goebel view of our business is just beginning. we've said we comfortably think we can be four to five million in north america and that's just completing our real estate transformation onds our marketing strategies toefld. if you look at the luxury end and think about the global marketplace, we're like dumb americans. we only see what we see and it's like -- a quote, we don't see things as they are, we see things as we are only 25% of their business is in the u.s. manchts three-quarters of it is outside the u.s. market we think this could be a 10 to $20 billion. >> san francisco, hichk bethlehem steel building, the whole water front is being rebuilt. the meat packing district, san francisco. a beautiful historic building that will be amazing with the rooftop and integrated h hospitali hospitality. i'm with my team and we're flying to europe, ten different cities we think we'll be global pretty soon >> this is not an insult listen -- >> i'm used to insults don't worry. >> no. there are a lot of very wealthy people who go to costco.

because goebel wasn't even there, google is only 15 years old. as a positive, the result of technology. but 5000 people are now working at google. but you're right, you could compare general motors not even with tesla. >> the number one company in market value 20 years ago and the number one company in market value today, that's a fair comparison but you're right . and i say in the book that that measure is right, but on the other hand we have to consider indirect jobs created by google because those 55,000 don't include the kids who invented a app at home with the people who sell on ebay. there are many indirect jobs that you could say exist as a result of google. >> but my question is the following, what is your major concern, unemployment or the transformation of a social transformation, a change in the human condition? >> my main concern is what's going to happen to the lady in the parking lot, that's my main concern and what's going to happen to countries like mexico, like many latin american companies rely on manufacturing and arenot even t
