we don't know which decisions the court is goin on any given day.orrow perhaps as late as monday as the court enters the end of the term. the two big cases one has to do with same-sex marriage whether that falls under the 14th amendment clause of equal protection. the court could make a massive ruling here that would legalize same-sex marriage around the country. they could come up with middle ground here. we don't know which direction they are going to head in. the other had to do with obamacare and whether insurance subsidies could be paid out to individuals who purchased the insurance in states that did not set up their own exchanges. the law is clearly worded in that but the real intent of congress was this is going to be a big case. if the court essentially ruled against the white house on this it calls into question the whole structure of obamacare and brings up sustainability questions as well. he is watching a lot of cases in the supreme court. it is hard to watch one that he is watching more closely than one tied to the intricacy item that
