jeff goldberg has more. an update on the d.c. lawyer while vacationing in turks and caicos.. michael jones is out of the hospital this morning. he's expected to fully recover. police say two masked men overpowered a security guard friday. they forced their way into the beachfront home where jones was staying. he was shot while confronting them. other people were in the home at the time, but they were not hurt. jones was airlifted to florida for treatment and is now back home. right now.. authorities are still searching for one of 12 inmates who escaped from jail in walker county, alabama. the oth jail official are also releasing more information about how they escaped. the inmates reportedly used peanut butter to make the number above an inmate's cell look like the number on a door leading outside. an inmate then asked a guard to open his cell. and when the guard opened the outside door, and the group bolted. sunday night's breakout prompted a massive manhunt. the inmate who's still on the loose was in jail on drug charges. a terrifying call for help in arkansas. a teen dials

jeff goldberg is there and this is related recent events? jeff: yeah, no question about it. this will be the first time in 17 years that a civil war battle reenactment will not be taking place on the big field here at the sully historic site in chantilly. officials with fairfax county say the events of charlottesville directly impacted their decision. i want to show you photographs here from 2015. when the reenactment took place here. two-day event. civil war enthusiasts reenacting the battle that happened here. the county part authority said other things impacted the decision like attendance. in 2000 the event grew 3,000 to 4,000 spectators but last year only 300 people came to watch. but ultimately county officials citing charlottesville and recent debates about confederate monuments. expressing concern that the reenactment could attract individuals or groups that could result in violence. >> moving to charlottesville was driving factor in the decision. we don't want to second guess ourselves. have an issue happen. and say we should have not. >> that is a pity. the civil w
