at about 4:30 am this morning this box truck rear-ended a goldengate transit bus taking people from the bart station to san francisco. when police arrived on the scene they found several people injured. >> we located three parties within the box truck trap. >> as crews remove the driver and two passengers they found that one had died and call the corner. meanwhile, three people were injured on the bus. two had to be taken to the hospital, but they are all going to be okay. >> it is still too earlor why. >> they are interviewing the driver and passengers of old vehicles. it took five hours to reopen the lanes. >> we have been doing cleanup and trying to mitigate traffic as best we can. >> a lot of questions this afternoon. could it have been speed? alcohol or distracted driving? we are still waiting for more information from the chp. >>> a woman just posted on twitter saying that her boyfriend is the one who died in today's crash. we are working to confirm with authorities. let's turn out to the traffic center with a look at conditions on the road. >> it is better than it was but still n

on the map, you can see we're very focused on or arrests for this first quarter, goldengate and hyde, as well as eighth and market. and to me, i just want to point out this is a good thing. when the dealers are spread out throughout the entire tenderloin, it is difficult for us to have an impact on them. but as we put pressure on dealers to move, they start to compress their operations. and it allows us to do the same. and we can really focus on the drug dealers in those areas. so the next slide is, again, all 2018 arrests made in the tenderloin district for drug dealing. and it has an overlay for nanaroxone saves. if you spend time in the tenderloin, you know it is not just us. it is citizens, paramedics -- we're all carrying the naloxone and we're making saves of people who are overdozing. what this slidoverdosing.i thinn the right areas. the picture that is on the right of this is s, it was a double overdose that we saw -- it was on goldengate at hyde. it is just not an uncommon sight in the tenderloin, to see these overdoses occurring, and the community and the police -- everybody

these are the current temperatures and that is the foggy look at the goldengate ridge, not necessarilyty with the red refracting off those lights. we have the forecast models here as you look at the forecast for tomorrow, you will see yellows, 70s, orange is 80s. that is tomorrow's forecast high, similar to today but we did not see any orange. a much stronger more dominant high-pressure pattern that will help us out that way. here is what the fog pattern does, this is just straight up clouds and rain. tomorrow morning, look at that. all nine bay area counties, it burns off slow but hangs of the coast. tomorrow night there is a chance of a spring go, that is stuff coming in across the sierra and nevada. the model backed off of it earlier today. there is green areas showing up basically a nonevent. friday morning cloudy again, friday afternoon it does that. the weekend, we olside again. 70s, mid-70s, you will see that in the five day forecast. the santa clara valley, the air quality, it likes this pattern. good air quality. the chance of showers is not a big deal. a lot like today tomorr

runners making their way through the civic center, goldengate park and ocean beach.see some tired folks and tired feet. they just ran seven plus miles. we want to know where sara is. there she has. where are you? >> reporter: i am still at the start line. the last group just took off about five minutes ago. there is one person that has to make their way across. i told you i'm not really a runner so that is all i'm going to do. i do have to say that the last group took off a few minutes ago. there are already people that have finished this race. i will read their names. the winner of the female division of this race, carolyn roderick. she finished in 39 minutes. and gabriel gain, 35 minutes. it probably took a couple of hours to run the 12 k. there are people that have had a lot of fun out here today. cleanup is underway if you can believe that. there are people out here cleaning up. packing up this area to get it back open to drivers. the rain did not really dampen any of the spirits here. it did make the tortillas pretty soggy. it was the first time in about 14 year
