goldwyn? >> i am not a lawyer. i'm not familiar with all aspects of the bill. to the extent we have a trade agreement with a country and adopt a practice that excludes anybody we have that kind of trade agreement with, we could be accused of discriminatory practice and violation of it. i don't know if the bill covers everybody we have a trade agreement with. if it does not, that is an issue. i would worry a little bit that even if it covers everybody we have a trade agreement with, ukraine i do not think is a wto member. they are. i would want to make sure we want to capture all the countries will want to help and make sure they are not excluded. that is the challenge with picking winners. >> madam chairman, thank you again. i think this has been beneficial and timely. i thank each and every one of the witnesses and look forward to working with you. >> thank you. meeting adjourned.
